How do we ship your packages?
We use ePacket or EMS shipment methods. The shipment charges and delivery time depends on the weight and size of your delivery package. No need to worry because we use proven methodologies to deliver you our products and ensure that the things are delivered with their 100% originality. The shipped items are packed in secure and protective layers to avoid any sort of damage or breaking of your ordered items.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

- Rest of the world : 12-20 business days
*This doesn’t include our 1-7 days processing time. *All Paypal pending need 10 days for verify and process. *We processes orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 7 business days of ordering and shipped out the next day after the processing day. We don't ship on weekends.
Do we pay customs fee?
We deal with transparent pricing while keeping reliability and reasonability on priority. However, we are not responsible for the customs fee. On purchasing our products, you consent that you will pay the customs fee and shipment charges on arrival of the package in your country. How much you pay as a customs fee depends on your country's policies. It has nothing to do with our policies or shipment methods.
How to track you parcel?
Usually, our shipment services take 7-14 business days to deliver your package at your place. However, in some countries, it may take up to 20 business days. The business days do not include the weekends; Saturday and Sunday.
We send a tracking code to your email address when ordering the product. You can use that code to track the delivery information. In case you don't receive any tracking code after placing your order, you may contact our 24*7 customer service providers. You can also communicate with them via email, Skype and Telegram.
If you placed an order and later changed your mind, it is not a problem. You may cancel your order until shipping of the package. You can simply contact our customer service providers and can cancel your product.
On the other hand, if you received the product but didn't like it. You can simply call for a refund. Customers' satisfaction is our priority, no matter with the reason to refund the item. However, the product must be unused and in genuine condition.
